These wonderful sandals are soft but stable on your feet. We use the very best synthetic rubber compounds available to create a 4 layer sole with different densities. The top insole layer is soft and totally comfortable. The next layer down is a bit more rigid and contains 4 air pockets in the heel area for some added relief. The next 2 layers are a bit harder to keep the sandals in shape and to help prevent compression of the sole. The bottom layer is 100% rubber for non-slip wear.
